I ordered flowers online for same-day delivery and didn’t get to see the finished arrangement myself, but I was told they were absolutely beautiful, which I truly appreciate. The only disappointment was with the delivery timing. I placed the order before the countdown timer on the website indicated the cutoff for same-day delivery and was watching the timer closely while rushing to complete the order. It was a bit stressful to then have the delivery pushed to the following day. Had I known it would be delivered the next day, I could have taken a little more time and avoided feeling so rushed. That said, the flowers were very well received, and the quality seems excellent. Clearer communication or more accurate delivery expectations would have made the experience even better. I will still use them again and would also recommend them to others.
